  • Very disappointed with this company. Bought a brand new Unit from them several yrs ago, less than 5yrs ago to be exact..and unit was not cooling. The guy checked and told me I need a new motor and price is approx $700.00 bucks and that the warranty ran out after the first year. Right off the bat it did not sound right, so i refused and just paid them the service call fee. I called another company that I use to work with in the past, but i did not buy the AC from them, that is why i did not call them first. Long story short, there is a part that is still under warranty, that needed replacing and another part that did not..and because Shamrock did not re-install the condensation line that I had before, which is required so the water does not just drip onto the roof, they had to put in another one at an additional cost. My total bill was a little over 1/3 of what Shamrock quoted. Please call another company, if you want a true honest diagnostic work on your AC. They take advantage of this AZ heat, thinking that people will just pay whatever they quote to get their AC back on. Always get another quote before you go with this company. It is a sham for sure. .
