My husband took me today to celebrate Mothers Day and I really was excited to come only to be ignored the entire time. Alex the buzz boy was really nice and helped us the entire time. While we found out that Amanda was our server but we only saw her serving 2 other tables ajd came to drop off one of our appetizers for less than 30 seconds. Never introduced herself and never offered us bread like the table next to us. We had 2 other gentleman drop off food and dessert and then we were left hanging at the end. We had to bring our own bill to the front to pay and didnt know who to tip. We tipped Alex since we never heard from any other waiter/waitress. We asked to talk to a mgr and the girl seemed ignorant, uninterested and not knowledgeable about customer service because she never really apologized and said everyone tries to help out. But this was not the same experience I saw at the other 2 tables who got the real customer service all customers deserve while we were ignored and discriminated.
We are not coming again and it is a shame because the food is not bad. Very dissapointed.
