  • Walked into the restaurant at 8:20 pm on a Sunday and the Beer Garden was closed. So, that was annoying but the hostess told us we could sit at one of their couches and that actually was really cool and comfortable. However, we walked out of the restaurant at 8:52 pm. The restaurant was not busy, maybe six tables all together. 10 minutes passed and two tables were sat after us and acknowledged by a server. So, we waited another 5 minutes and still no acknowledgement. I advised the bartender and hostess, they said they would send someone over and apologized. So, now it's 8:35 and it has been 15 minutes... not even a glass of water or a hello. Finally, we waited and we saw a waitress come out, she walked right passed us, and went to another table that just sat down. At that point I was done... we sat there in an empty restaurant for over 30 minutes and we were not acknowledged once by any server. We got up and walked out, and we will never be back. I have been to the restaurant dozens of times, and their beer garden was one of our favorite local spots. Well, not anymore.
