What a big let down.
I've read online how aria has one of the best buffets in vegas. Sadly after attending I learned that is not the case.
The wait to eat on new years eve was not terrible. Maybe 30-45 min.
We went around brunch time and the service was better than many people gave them credit for.
The food selection seemed very limited compared to the wynn and bellagio. But that wasn't even what I was most disappointed with, the food quality lacked majorly in flavor. I think the only meat worth eating there was their kilbasa sausage. Pork was over cooked and skin was hard to even cut with their huge bulky dull knife, tri tip was very over done, and their chorizo sausage had no spice.
They had an Italian section which I expected to have all sorts of pastas, instead there was maybe 4 kinds of pizza and spaghetti.
I do not believe I will be coming back.
