  • BE AWARE FROM RENTING FROM THIS PROPERTY MANAGEMENT GROUP! They are by far the most incompetent people, which includes the owner. Within the first month of moving in the water heater broke and they were charging us the service fee, as well as the AC was not getting cold. The owner of McKenna advised she would have someone sent out, which was a lie because no one ever came. I despise calling them anytime something goes wrong because they badger you and are nothing but rude. I have even found other reviews of other people that feel this same way. I am trying to prevent others from going through, what I am going through right now. Do yourself a favor and rent elsewhere. ZERO STARS AND A SHAME ON THIS COMPANY! P.S. This company moved and is now on Pecos FOR ADDITIONAL REVIEWS OR INFORMATION, JUST TYPE IN MCKENNA PROPERTY MANAGEMENT INTO ANY SEARCH ENGINE AND YOU CAN READ REVIEWS FROM OUTSIDE SOURCES.
