  • After our miscommunication Jessica contacted me to apologize. I understand that they are a new business and there were a few bumps along the way. Ever since our miscommunication she has been very prompt about emailing and providing me info. She's very attentive and I firmly believe that my previous experience was an isolated situation. She has proven to provide great customer service after a minor set back and I respect that very much. I will be using Ruze for some beautiful macarons for my wedding favors. I believe everyone will have a great experience using them as their vendor.
