  • Just got turned away with a whole hour to spare for a 10 min kids haircut. The TWO girls would rather stand around and talk until they close I guess. It is incredible to me the laziness and absolute LACK of customer service I just witnessed. Why post a closing time that is not honored? And why man your shop with snarky girl babies. Edit: When I walked by 20 mins later both stylists were sitting on their cell phones. Super job, Regis.
