  • You don't get this kind of service from Uber. I randomly picked Presidential based on the positive reviews since I didn't know any car services in the area. The person that took the reservation was vey polite - I told them I would have several large bags for my airport pickup. I only paid for a sedan, but they sent an Escalade which was great given all the bags we had plus a pet. Our driver, Daniel, was fantastic - he was early at the baggage carousel and lugged two huge suitcases with two duffel bags stacked. We arrived at our new apartment and he waited for us to talk to the management, obtain keys, and for the gate to be opened so we could get to our new place which was far from the office. He could have just dropped us at the office with all of our stuff, but he waited until we could get in front of our new place. The service provided by Presidential and Daniel were a nice welcome to Las Vegas.
