You can look at my reviews and see that everyone of my reviews (maybe 14 as of now) I have rated all 5 stars. This will be my first bad review! And it is generalized specifically for the Starbucks in terminal 3.
I spent $27+ on two coffees and two breakfast sandwiches for me and my girlfriend which I was already expecting. The problem I had was when I immediately returned with a sandwich I was given that I didn't order and the girl behind the counter very rudely told me that was what I ordered and when I showed her on my receipt that it wasn't what I ordered, she just grabbed the sandwich and threw it in the trash and walked away telling another employee to make the right one. Ok,, so I got the right sandwich in the end, but did she have to act like that? No! Did she have to waste food and throw the sandwich in the trash when someone else could have ate it? Or maybe if I knew that it was going to be wasted I might have even just wound up taking it anyway! It sucks when just one employee can make me give a business one star on a review when all the other employees were doing a great job! Which they were! But one star is all I felt like I got as far as customer service from my visit so that's what I rate it. And I'm pretty sure everyone there knows which employee I'm talking about without saying her name, because I wasn't the only one there getting treated like that from her, even her fellow work mates were throwing her some pretty bad looks too. So I suggest that you might want to talk to some of your employees to see if an adjustment should be made. I really think that would be good for your business if ya did! But who am I?
