  • I made an appointment online for an oil change and took off work early to make it. When I got there I was told the online system doesn't work but I could make another appointment for a different day or leave mine overnight, for an oil change. I highly recommend abound this disorganized service department. They mentioned that lots of people have the same issue, so either fix the system or take it down.
