  • We love living at Aura at Midtown. Me, my husband and our dog. They're pet friendly here - they even added a little gated dog park to one of the courtyards. The maintenance guy lives on site (he's our neighbor!) and is always around, responsive and such a nice person! We love the look of our place. Wood laminate floors and carpet in the bedrooms. We have gorgeous floor to ceiling windows in our living room and love our view - fireworks in the summer and rainy days in the winter. There are always parking spaces in back for us and they're covered. Everything is a little older, but it's well kept and we find it charming. We've lived here since early 2015 and there was no rent increase for us when we renewed - sweet! It's a great area, we love walking our dog around the block and I love being able to walk to Safeway/Starbucks.
