  • The Phoenician was nothing less than spectacular when we stayed in Scottsdale for the weekend. The staff was extremely friendly and the service was great. The food by the poolside was yummy and servers were very attentive as well. The restaurant that we had breakfast at Saturday and Sunday (see my other reviews) was great all around. We stayed in a casita which is just a more private room outside the main hotel and it was amazing. The room was large with a balcony and we had a fantastic time. When were were leaving, I left something back in the room and didn't realize it until we got home. I called the next day and the customer service was fantastic. They shipped it back to me and I had it by the end of the week! I'd definitely recommend this hotel to others!
