This has got to be the worst AT&T location ever. I went in and spoke to guy checking people in who happens to be the manager. I wanted a SIM card for a phone that was lost so I could go home and do a claim. They insisted on doing the claim for me. The guy did everything and I told hims reveal times which phone line it was. Fast forward to getting the replacement phone. It was for the wrong phone line!!!!!! long story short, my phone line ended up getting suspended and black listed because of it. We sent the phone back and got the correct phone sent to us but in the mean time by phone was blacklisted for over 3 weeks. Oh, I went in right after all this happened to let the same manager know this and his response??? This is why customers should do their own claim!! I'm like excuse me? You insisted on doing it. After numerous calls and unable to get this resolved, I call the presidents office to AT&T where this nice gentleman took care of it in 24 hours! I filed an official complaint against this store and the manager for his response. I told him never again would I come back into this location and that I will find another location because of the response and mistake done by this location. Stay away..they do not take ownership for their mistakes nor will they help you. Almost a month of no phone because of a careless mistake from this location.
