  • Marcella, Mike and Marilee are exceptionally wonderful. Their cheerful, upbeat, warmest welcomes brightened each customer's day....at 6:45 AM. Early morning cranky scowls were turned into smiles after each of us in line was treated to a hearty "good morning". Lucky all of us who chose "The Refuge" over other coffee/ tea establishments at Sky Harbor, Phoenix. Their slogan is "Our goal is to provide 5 star service". I'd easily bump that up to 10 stars!
