I know the resistance to going to any USPS location, but that's why I planned ahead of time to make my way here - had to mail my iPhone 5s back to my service provider. Anyway, I made sure I got there about 30 minutes before I had to drive my way down to work, and what do ya know...? I estimated correctly!
Looks like they made slight changes, such as the packing area moved to the larger portion of the post office, so people don't crowd around you while you pack the flat-rate boxes up.
I never really get into personable conversations with the post office employees, but they've always got a busy line to handle with individual needs.
The ladies were efficient though. Let's see...
Having 5-6 people ahead of me, I only had to wait about 10 minutes to get to the front, and 5 minutes to ship out the older iPhone and even got to mail my friend's belated gift. I'd honestly say this was a decent experience.
