  • Amazing quality. The shaping of my gel extensions is near perfect and the colour is amazing but... No lotion or cuticle oil was given to me after the nails were done, I had to go home and apply my own and now they're all dry and cracking from the buffing. Horrible service. The girl behind the desk was a sweetheart but my nail guy left to "grab a quick bite" and I was stuck waiting until 1:26pm. My appointment was at 1:00pm. The nail guy I had kept getting up and leaving to do personal tasks as well without an "excuse me" or telling me that he needed to leave for a second. He kept blowing his nose into his fingers and wiping it on his pants and was NOT hygienic at all. All in all, the shape of my nails is too good to deny, so I may come back for my refill but ask for a different person. The rest of the technicians looked very professional and did not act like my person. He was horrible. I'm not aware of his name because he was wearing a Toronto Raptors t-shirt and wasn't wearing a name tag or a robe with his name stitched in like the rest of them.
