rev:text	*PROPERTY OWNERS & PROSPECTIVE TENANTS BEWARE* What a difference ONE SPACE makes! GoldenWest Management puts a space between Golden and West in their business title and PRESTO! They are reborn as Golden West Management. More importantly, ALL THEIR NEGATIVE REVIEWS HERE ON YELP MAGICALLY DISAPPEAR! Please look beyond the SMOKE & MIRRORS AND BLATANT DECEPTION. Search Yelp under GoldenWest Management and the truth will be revealed. We are Property Owners/Landlords. This company puts COLLECTING FEES above customer service or protecting the property owner's investment. I should have read the Management Agreement more closely. It says "Manager shall be entitled to collect and keep as compensation all miscellaneous fines and fees from Tenant to include but not limited to late, multiple checks, administration, pet and non-sufficient funds fees". When pet damage occurred at our house, the pet FEE became 100% profit to the Manager! It did nothing to protect my property and was non-refundable to the Tenant. Instead of being a DEPOSIT that can be returned to the Tenant if there's no damage, or given to me if damage occurs, it went straight into the Manager's pocket. It certainly gives the Manager more incentive to select a tenant that has a pet or two (at $250 per pet....MORE $$$). The house was vacant for THREE MONTHS which brings me to another point. The Manager also has no incentive to try to get the place rented quickly because they still charge MANAGEMENT FEES when the house is vacant! (MORE $$$ AGAIN!) If you cancel the Management Agreement before it expires, you'll pay MANAGEMENT FEES for the remaining term. FEES, FEES, AND MORE FEES! PLEASE DON'T GET INVOLVED WITH THIS COMPANY!!
