  • Won't honor a 15% recycle promotion even though the signage was still out on the floor; even though confirmation from 2 associates that it was valid. Not only did they lose a $500 sale today, but we just purchased over $11,000 worth of audio/video equipment as well as cellphones last week from another Best Buy. I'm taking it all back and won't be spending my money at Best Buy anymore.
