  • Wish I could give zero stars. Emerald is horrible. They don't respond. Don't answer their phone. Don't have competent employees. I called them the first week of May it took them 6 weeks after multiple visits and rescheduling that my pool pump problem was a result of my solar heater system. That was not the case. I called alchemist pool services for a second opinion and the same week they came and replaced the bearings on my pool pump and it worked perfect. Amazing how this place is in business. Emerald pools is truly incompetent at every level in the company.
