You`d think after 2 cars in 4 years, they`d be logical enough to recognize loyal costumers who are here to stay. GEEEZ!

Matt Fryer who no longer works there definitely brought the place down to a 1 star for me as the rest of the employees are pretentious and stuck-up. I can say this because staff at the BMW Toronto are far more decent when it comes to car knowledge and costumer service in both sales and service department.
If you ever do bring your car in for service,PREM is wonderful to speak to! No snot in the nose like the rest of these boogers that walk around, head held high and too good for everyone else. I really feel sorry for the ones who do have the money yet speak little english and get droned into paying double the price as they wish to get it over with as soon as they WALK IN THE DOOR.
BMWs are great cars and people who work there who DON`T own ONE should give the least bit of respect to people who can afford ONE!!!
