  • Worst service. I have been happy with the internet but when the promotional add came up to add cable, I went for it. It took for me to talk to 5 people including a manager over the phone for them to honor the promotional price for existing customers (internet). Every time before that not one person could give me a straight price. So they finally gave me the price in the promotional add after much hastle. When I got my boxes they forgot to give me a box that records that I paid for. Then when I get my service on , it didn't work and I kept getting error #s. I had to have someone come out and fix it. After that when I clicked on the channels in my package it said I didn't have access to them. This it the third day now I have called them about me not being able to view channels on my package. Worst service. I am going back to directv and that's saying something because directv sucks too but is better than this crap.
