  • The tech was friendly and he fixed the issue within 15 minutes, but I didn't really care for being given a 6 hour window only to have him show up 1 minute before the end of the window. If you're not sweltering from the heat these are the people to call, but if you're worried your 2 year old might get heat exhaustion maybe pick someone else.
