  • Absolutely trash. I live by the gate covering the street, so I constantly wake up to people hopping the gate. When I complained or at least asked if they could fix the gate so it could open and close, they said it's a safety issue. Maintenance is a joke. They thought they fixed my garbage disposal by putting a Smith's plastic bag over it. Waiting for the rent bill is like panic because you never know what is going to be. My flat rent is 1050, but I had bills that say as high as 1190. For TRASH AND WATER! Parking is a joke. People park anywhere they want to including guests. I sometimes have to park on the other side of the complex with a 2 year old, oh with people who drive 35mph in a parking lot. I'm really just done with this place. They do one thing and then say another. One month the rent is delinquent on the 5th, another it's delinquent on the 2nd. Just so they can charge you extra money. I'm counting down the months until my lease is up. For this kind of money I pay, I can rent a 3bd house in a quieter neighborhood. I'll update when lease renewal comes up so you can see the new price gouge.
