So it's been a while since I wrote a review, but this needed to be said. I was downtown for the Garth Brooks and it was expectably packed at Cooper'stown. The wait was about an hour, and the hostess was right on the money with that. The food was about average for the price, however the service let a lot to be desired. First the waitress accidently hit my wife in the face with the menu and just moved on. Then I was supposed to have two sides with my burger and they never came. When the food got there, I asked about my sides and was told they would be right out. After about a half hour of not seeing our server again it was time for the show so I had to get up to find our check. I again told the server that my sides never showed up, and was told that she was sorry but the good news for me was that it didn't effect the price. My thought was actually it does, because I was paying for them. She offered to get a manager, but it would take about 20 minutes for him to come over because he was helping behind the bar, because they were so busy. At that point we were over it so we just paid the full bill and headed out.
Again I understand that they were busy, but come on!!!! I know it's not the first time they have been busy, and that is just not how you take care of customers. The only reason this gets 2 stars and not 1 is because it is a cool spot with a lot of awesome rock memerabelia.
