  • Three days ago I noticed I could not open my JPG . photos. Since I have Microsoft Assure Software Support Plan I called Microsoft for assistance in this matter. After spending over 10 hours with Microsoft Support (Two Technicians and a Supervisor all in India) they have managed to totally trashed my Outlook, losing all my current contacts, all my current appointments in my calendar, some of my saved emails and all my Internet Bookmarks are gone. And now both my printers are not working and guess what , I still am unable to open my pictures. So much for Windows 10 and Outlook This happened 8 months ago and spent close to 70 hours on the phone with India and ended up having to rebuild my calendar and contacts back then, now it is all gone again. I could just scream!!! I guess I have to start shopping for a new IMAC and replace my printers, scanners and external hard-drive!
