  • We keep giving this place one more chance because we once loved it so much. Well, tonight was the end of chances. It seems the kitchen did not expand when the restaurant did. Food always takes FOREVER. The 3 of us ordered medium burgers and it took 55 minutes to get our food. We got to the restaurant at 6pm. Before the dinner rush. It was not busy. When we finally got our food our sides were ice cold. Our burgers were overcooked and our server was unapologetic. They did remake our fries when we told them they were cold. All of these things seem pretty minor if they happen occasionally at a place. Unfortunately, this or something similar happens every time we are at Mac's. We won't be back. An hour is too long to wait for an overcooked burger and cold fries. Sorry Mac's we want to love you, but we just can't anymore.
