  • My wife and I went in there for a simple order. Six doors - no hardware - we'll pick up. Waited for an hour while they worked with the two customers in front of us. In the mean time at least eight more customers came in - most looked around - and left after a short wait. The people in front of us had small hardware orders and the two sales people stumbled around like drunken sailors. We gave up and left. As a retired retail business owner, it was like watching slow-motion confusion.
