| - One of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. I scheduled a pick up of a baby grand piano with this company through a music store. I personally confirmed the pick up time and location the day before, and the morning of, and made it clear I was specifically driving in from out of state to meet them. I did this so there would be no issues.
The pick up was scheduled between 3:30 and 4:30 pm. At 3:25 p.m. the day of the pick up, literally 5 minutes before the scheduled pick up, I received a call from Eric. He immediately and unapologetically started making all kinds of excuses about why they weren't going to be arriving at all that day, and said that the pick up would have to be re-scheduled. He offered absolutely no apology as he whined and complained, and said that I have to understand "how his company works. " I said if you can't keep your word- that is how I work- i have a huge problem with that. When I explained this was a huge inconvenience and that I was leaving town again the next day, he was completely dismissive. If I had some reasonable notice, I would not have been so upset. However. 5 minutes notice, as I'm sure anyone would agree, is completely unreasonable. It is also apparent from his poor attitude that he either does not like his job, or he is burned out. If you value your time and expect to be treated with courtesy and respect, do NOT use this company.
