  • I couldn't be happier with my choice of apartments!!! I just recently moved to Arizona from Connecticut for work so needed to find a place on the fly. I personally worked with Kaitlin who was very knowledgeable and got me into the apartment I wanted for a great price in less than a week!! That girl is the sh**! I also worked with Maddison and Amber briefly since I have been here and they haven been equally helpful. The girls are always available for any question you might have and have sent us in the right direction every time so far! When I describe my new home to people back east, I compare it to a resort! Pool side canopies with T.V.s, multiple grills through out the property and a sports lounge with a huge tv pool table and shuffle board. The apartments are almost brand new and are as clean as can be! The only bad reviews that I read when doing my research was some cars getting broken into. It is a gated community with a security guard at nights. I have had no issues I just make sure not to leave money in my car and LOCK my doors simple enough you would think! All in all if you need a spot 10 minutes from the airport, easy access to the highway, 3 miles from down town tempe and not directly downtown this is the place!
