rev:text	I bought a 335i convertible when we moved to Arizona. While the car was still under warranty I took my car into BMW North Scottsdale. I had them do other items that were not under warranty and now have found out how expensive they are to deal with. One of the big items that was supposed to be taken care of while under warranty was to have the brake rotors replaced. The rear brakes were squealing like crazy and asked them to replace the rotors. I was told the first time that the rear rotors were still within spec so they just changed the pads and break sensor. Later I took the car back in for issues with the front brakes and BMW told me that both the front and rear Rotors would be changed under warranty. Well now the car is out of warranty and the rear brakes are squealing again...when I had them look at the rear rotors I was told they were worn out...What??? they just got replaced 7000 miles ago...As it turns out BMW North Scottsdale had not replaced my rear rotors after they told me the work was done... I would get towed to ULTIMATE AUTO WORKS JUST OFF NORTHSITE even if I was able to push my car 20 feet and be at BMW North Scottsdale. My service Rep Ron D. for BMW only gave me excuses as to why they would not step up and do the rear rotors. SILVER LINING to my problem is that I found Ultimate Auto Works where they have TRUE HONESTY, Service and and REASONABLE Shop Rate's..... Thanks BMW of North Scottsdale for shoving me out your expensive doors to a group that cares about customers FIRST!!!!
