  • I had an enormous 3 foot wide dent in the back of my Flex. There was a space between the handle to open the back and the actual metal of the tailgate. My goal was to close that gap ... Not make the tailgate perfect. When I called, the man explained the various costs, set my expectations and requested I send a picture of the damage. He warned me that the dent may be challenging but he would do his best. The quote was between $200 and $400 depending on the amount of time the dent was going to take. He arrived and was incredibly professional explaining the steps necessary to complete the task. You could tell he had done this numerous times because he was so efficient. He literally did such a great job that I couldn't see any problem with my tailgate except for the actual scrape that I requested he did not fix. The repair was AMAZING. He charged me $200 but I would have paid $400 for the incredible result!!! I would recommend the company anytime!
