I'd heard good things about this swim school from some of my friends with kids so I thought I'd give it a try. At first my 1 kids 4 and 8 moved up and were doing okay. We were signed up for twice a week so it was a good amount of money we were spending. The first thing I didn't appreciate was the constant changing of the instructors, I wanted them to have the same swim teacher for both classes each week and I was flexible but it seemed like they always changed it. The younger kids definitely need less kids in the class there is little instruction time for each kid when there are 4-6 in each class. The real issue I had was when my 8 year was to move up to the final class and was having trouble with the butterfly stroke, I talked to the manager as I didn't think the teacher was proving good instruction as he had been in the same class for 3 months. That's when the instructor thought it appropriate to kick my son in the back to get his attention so he could correct his form. My son had a bruise and a red mark on his back, sadly I didn't see it happen but I believe my son as he broke out sobbing as we were walking in the parking lot. We go back in and speak to the manager. She says she'll follow up and call me. No apologies no nothing, really we are talking about kids what the f&$k? So we go home and tell my husband, we go back and the manager pulls the instructor out of his lesson. Well he denies he even teaches my son to my husband. It get a little heated, not apologizes. As we are leaving I tell her we are canceling and she has the nerve to tell me we can't have the remainder of our money back, we can't make up a few lessons we missed previously due to sickness and no apologies. Stay away from this place. We did private lessons at Henderson Multigenerational Center and it was cheaper and one child one instructor for 30 minutes.
