  • I had an outpatient surgery done here on 10/13/17. From the moment I called to make my pre-registration appointment, to the moment they wheeled me out, I can only commend their service. The phone conversation with the lady who set my appointment wasn't just courteous (who does that anymore), but she overly communicated what would happen during my pre-registration. The amazing lady who checked me in, while construction was going on, again not just courteous but communicated the process for the surgery. Now to the nurses, who actually understand the concept of bedside manner. My pre op nurse made me smile, put me at ease, and did everything to get me out of there in a timely manner. Her only concern was that I understood what would happen the day of the surgery, and what was expected from me to make things as easy as possible. The nurse who helped me the day of surgery, as well as the nurse during my recovery afterwards, were only concerned about my comfort. Was I too hot, was I too cold, did I need a pillow, a blanket, more medication...non stop offering of help. Amazing!!
