  • Aweful service, I used foodler to order stuffed shells but there was no place for me to add Italian sausage. The order was $9.99 and since I couldn't add the additional item it did not meet the $10 delivery minimum so I couldn't submit the order. So I added a small pizza with Italian sausage and put in the special instuctruction notes in CAPS not to include the pizza explaining why I ordered that way. I realized I had to go to an appointment on my lunch break so I called to see if it was too late to cancel because of this. Not only had they not read the special instructions and made the full order, didn't let me suggest picking it up or finding a solution the rude man who answered screamed at me I had wasted $20 of food and hung up on me. Needless to say I would never give my money or business to a business that'd be so disrespectful to a customer over a $20 order no less, that they did incorrectly! With that aweful man working there I don't understand how they're still in business but if he keeps it up hopefully it won't be for long.
