  • I am very dissatisfied with their service. I gave them explicit instructions twice and they failed to perform the work I asked for. I was at their shop for 20+ minutes. I told Eric that I had to make an appointment and had to go. He continued to take phone calls. I ended up being late for an appointment due to their ineptness.
