I had an amazing first year at the lofts but just moved out after living there for a few years. A roof leak two years in a row that took months to get repaired really showed me how poorly managed this place is. I am so sad to say that! I was told if I would have yelled and used profanity I would have had the roof fixed quicker...that is just not my personality or style. I tried to be as pleasant as I could to the staff even when I had a leaking roof, didn't have hot water (which was intermittent my entire time at the lofts), etc. I will say, the maintenance guys are awesome and were like family to me when I was there. I hate writing bad reviews but this was necessary. When the roof didn't get fixed (water was leaking over my office area) I decided not to renew my lease I had shingles due to the stress of this roof and no one seemed to care. Since I wasn't planning on moving out before the roof issue I needed to extend my lease 3 months to actually pack all my stuff up and figure out where I was going. The owners / managers actually made me pay an additional $200-300 a month just to allow me time to pack over a problem I didn't create!!! It is due to them over charging me for that additional three months I am writing this review. I guess when you are no longer of value to this company customer service no longer matters.
