  • Wow went in to ask if they have temporary checks, nope. Asked to order checks, have to order with customer service. Asked to change my address, have to go online to change the address. This is the only Bank of America that doesn't do there job. Go here if you want a headache and for people to tell u they don't do shit. They have all that space and yet can't do anything. Staff is a joke. They should have a sign on the door that says, use the atm.
