  • This company is a joke! I had them come out to look at my washing machine that was making a loud noise during spin cycle and had loose baffles. The tech...Mike...cleaned the filter....took the back off....took pictures, put machine back together....no noise during spin cycle. He told me he would order three new baffles. Never heard from them. Called them...they said Home warranty had denied claim. Called Home Warranty...they said they had not heard from them. Home Warranty called company... they told home warranty that the repair was due to overloading and that it would cost too much to repair machine! I requested a second opinion from home warranty...they sent out another company...they ordered new baffles (that cost $40 on line) and came back the next day and installed them in 10 minutes! My machine is working perfectly again! This company is a joke! NO INTEGRITY!
