I had a PRETTY BAD experience with this dry cleaning place. I sent my stuff for dry clean by end of May but they lost my wool scarf. I understood this shit thing may happen in the business but what really pissed me off is the BAD ATTITUDE from the business owner-this couple. The guy just said one time sorry and always delayed the compensation. They didnot even refund my dry clean fee on the lost item so far end of June!. The woman saw me but with impatient face when I came to get my compensation. I visited them 3-4 times on follow up. She just said oh you need to talk to my husband but he was off today. Then she just ignored me and walked to the grocery store without any comfort on me or sorry. This couple run the business together but why cannot I talk to this woman?It does not make sense. It is their fault. They do not care about customer's item and do not treat you as long term business?just focus on short term interest. Scarf is a small item and I can bear the lost just thought I was unlucky when facing unprofessional ppl. If you really care about your expensive items?this is a WARNING from my experience: this is NOT the place to go. Find somewhere with high ratings.
