  • Like everyone else, I am fed up with this company. Unfortunately I can't choose what service delivers my packages through Amazon, but I cringe every time I see it's coming from Ontrac. Their drivers lie about meeting their commitment times so that the companies hiring them assume they're doing what they're supposed to. Roughly half of the items I have "delivered" by this company do not meet their target dates. Horrible!
