When you are looking for that special outfit, gift or indulgence, you'll probably find it here. There is definitely something here for EVERYONE! This place is so big that you'll need my suggested game plan for your trip to this mall:
Step 1: Download the app for the mall. What? Your hometown mall doesn't have an app? This one does. You'll find it in the App Store (no this isn't a store in the mall; it's on your phone).
Step 2: Plan your attack by checking out the stores via the app before you arrive.
Step 3: Drive to the mall and park in the garage particularly if it is summer so that you don't experience the local ER after burning your hands from grabbing the wheel at the end of your day (although I did hear that Maricopa County has a fantastic burn center). Better yet, skip the driving part and have uber take you to the Scottsdale Fashion Square.
Step 4: Make a beeline to the Starbucks to take the "drop" out of the saying "shop until you drop." Instead, it is shop until the stores close.
Step 5: Follow your game plan for your shopping extravaganza. Hint: you won't find Saks Fifth Avenue here (it's at the Biltmore) or The Body Shop (Paradise). Of course, you knew this because you went through the app directory.
Step 6: Load all the packages into your vehicle or have uber pick you up because the stores have closed, and it is dark outside.
Step 7: Plan for tomorrow: the Biltmore Fashion Park. I'll be honest; I really prefer the Biltmore Fashion Park. Scottsdale has by far more stores and is an inside mall (which does have its advantages in August), but I just prefer the feel of Biltmore's outside environment.
