  • If I could give a lower score I would. Eddie Flores laid a flagstone patio where the cement he used started to crumble months after it was completed. He says he'll make sure you're 100% satisfied with the job but the truth is he will make himself unavailable and never return your calls. I made several attempts to get him to come out and look at the problem but no luck. I don't believe he'd ever put down a patio like this one before. Completely dissatisfied.
