I have been to ASU Gammage a couple of times to see various plays. First one I saw was Cats (years ago). Came out today to see Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Coat for a friends' birthday.
Play was great but I'm here to review the facilities itself. Parking is a nightmare but they keep it pretty well organized for being on ASU campus and it's free! Honestly if you don't mind sitting for a bit and get here early, it'll go smoothly.
The building is beautiful and has a bit of history behind its design by Frank Lloyd Wright! The lights up the arched bridge to the entrance are gorgeous. Alcoholic drinks are available for about $10 each (typical) and some cheaper snacks as well.
They also had a little merch booth for the super fans!
Couple of cons that weren't enough to to take away a star include: gets a bit crowded but that's expected and the parking/driving situation. There was also a technical malfunction with the lights, but hey fixed that up pretty fast and kept is in the loop at all times!
Come just to look at the architecture of the building if plays aren't your thing!
