rev:text	I can not understand the negative reviews on here for this dealership, I am a very hard person to please and VW Yorkdale satisfied my needs. Met with Artur Averbuh and immediately was treated as a friend no pressure asked me what vehicle I needed and helped me make my mind up between new and used. Bought a 2015 Passat mid-range from him last week and picked it up today, Both the wife and I are in love with it. The service from this dealership from start to end was amazing I love to haggle on pricing and Artur accommodate and met my every request, VW Yorkdale even vacuumed out my sons baby seat for me, Service from what i have seen today above and beyond. To the other Yelper Dennis that claims he was ignored based on what he was wearing I cant understand this as me and the wife definitely were not wearing Suits and smart clothes actually extremely casual jeans and joggers but were still treated with respect. I noticed one thing that when looking over cars at Yorkdale you have to be the one to ask for help which is good in my opinion as you are not being savaged as soon as you step foot in the showroom allows a customer to take in everything. Looking forward to long lasting relationship with VW Yorkdale and bringing more business to Artur.
