  • After having the most difficult year of my life health wise, a voice inside me told me to have my house inspected. Who I found was Ed, and what he found was the culprits for my illness. Multiple gas leaks and toxic mold hidden in the walls. I'm so thankful to have not only found someone who is a knowledgable and honest home inspector who was NOT in the pocket of a realtor and who had a medical background about how environmental toxins can cause serious illness. I realized immediately that the journey of finding doctors, rebuilding my health,remediating my house and dealing with insurance, contractors, etc. was going to be a difficult. Ed was there to help me every step of the way and was even there to help me out when contractors I hired had botched the job and tried to rip me off. I'm very thankful again of Mr. Lampl and would highly suggest to anyone buying a house to have your inspection done by him as he goes above and beyond to help keep you and your family healthy and safe. Also, never ignore your intuition! Have your house checked! You never know, the cause of your headaches, anxiety, illness may in fact be right in your walls!
