  • The house is small, dark and cozy. At Dicks Hideaway it's all about food heritage and breakfast served late in the day. For my late lunch I had a draft hoegaarden 6. And the Richardson's combination plate with one jalapeño benedict and two chicken enchiladas with green chili, asparagus with hollandaise 15. The guys and gals are super duper friendly and my meal was excellent. I have learned the original Richardson's of New Mexico will be opening up in about three weeks. Can't wait to see the new shack. Richardsons family of restaurants, a cooking style that is notably divergent and takes a unique approach to Southwestern cuisine.
