  • I took care of most of our communication over email which is highly convenient for me. They were a little slower to respond than I am used to, but I sit in front of a computer all day with instant email notifications. Michelle has great communication skills and is very courteous. She called to let me know she was running slightly behind and gave me a new ETA. They worked quickly through my house and worked around my baby's schedule. They were very quite and mindful while she slept. The house looks great! They did a much better job than I ever would have, especially since I haven't dusted in 6 months. They cleaned my incredibly dusty surfaces 3 times due to all the dust flying up in the air and then coming back to rest. They use natural friendly cleaning solutions and reusable rags. The quote for regular service is very reasonable. Now, I just have to convince my husband to have them come regularly. Once he sees the house all clean I don't think that will be a problem!
