  • Ok.... For years I have told my wife that eating skin and fat will kill you...,. Today, after 30 years, I now want to die from eating fat.. chicharron in this special mole' is so fricken awesome I almost wished for a smoke post meal. Crazy good paired with a tempranillo and nothing else.. Service and recommendation.. flawless
