  • I called asking for a mid-level stylist only to realize that when I went to pay, they had given me the most senior stylist. The stylist was 15 mins late and when she greeted me, without a smile made no apology for coming in late (I was the first app of the day). Although she was thorough in the work she didn't say one word to me throughout the cut. The person who washed my hair was great and asked me many questions. The stylist didn't smile and only asked 2 questions about what I wanted. Though her work was great, overall for the price it was an awful experience.
