After Gaudin Ford pissed me off my mom said I should give this location a try as I had 2 recalls listed on my vehicle health report and my car has been making this clicking sound On/Off for 2 weeks now. Brought it in even running a few minutes late and my Service Advisor Joe was polite and welcoming. My only concern is he said in order to fix the clicking problem he would have to keep my car all day, when I said I couldn't do that as I only have Sunday's off so I need my car for work he offered I schedule to drop it off before they close and pick it up the next morning when convenient with my schedule. I agreed since that seemed to be my only option and just had them fix the recall alerts for my sync and transmission plus do an oil change since I couldn't remember when my last one was. I waited only an hour which was nice considering they always take forever. And then that was that I was good to go. I later call my mom and ask her if she can help coordinate with me to get my car there next week and she asked me "why didn't he offer you a loaner car, your car is under warranty" the lightbulb in my head turned on so I called Joe and said "hey why can't I get a loaner my car is still under warranty" so he said he would "look into that and if my car did qualify I would still pay rental taxes and what not" which duh I don't care I just want the damn clicking thing fixed. He later calls me and leaves a voicemail just saying he's returning my call - doesn't inform me with any news and by the time I was off work he was gone so I just had to play phone tag and leave him a message. It just would have been nice had he just left on the message what the update was, especially considering today/tomorrow is a holiday. So I'll update this review once I finally here back from him with what the status of my warranty is.
